• For Windows 95 users, we suggest that you use WANGIMG.EXE to view TIF files in Electronic Vault.

• For Windows 98 users, we suggest that you use KODAKIMG.EXE.

• For Windows 2000 users, we also suggest that you use KODAKIMG,EXE.
• For Windows XP users, you will experience slowness of using the built-in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. We suggest that you try using WANGIMG.EXE or KODAKIMG.EXE for better image viewing quality.

Occurred Common Problems when viewing Images

• After click on the hyperlined image file name, you only see an icon for QuickTime that has been broken. Then, QuickTime needs to be disassociated as the TIF image viewer.
