If you can't find the plan you need, or if the image quality of a plan is poor, we will make every effort to provide missing information or improve the quality of existing information.

Please e-mail your request and add any plan number or other Vault Record to the e-mail.

Describe your problem in the request, and we will notify you of the results of our effort to provide the information.

Please note that some very old plans have deteriorated in quality to the point that the originals are now partially illegible and cannot be improved without redrafting.

We will usually respond to your request within one business day.
